Once the season starts in July, practices will be T, W, Th and games on Saturdays.
Practices take place at Barker Field. Home games will be played at HHIHS stadium. The Gator football program will return to tradition in 2025. This youth contact program has been on Hilton Head Island since 1969. With our return, we will be going back to our traditional colors (green and yellow). In addition to developing football skills and techniques there will be a strong focus on teaching sportsmanship, teamwork, and life skills. Many coaches with varying levels of playing and coaching experience will help guide these young men.
Please bring/wear: Cleats, practice pants and shirt. The program will provide all game day wear (ie jersey, pants, helmet, shoulder pad).

Learn from one of the best and most experienced instructors on Hilton Head at the Bristol Sports Arena Skate Park. Coach Maxy Hicks will have your kids shredding by the end of this week-long camp. We supply all the pads, gear and will deliver the stroke! Participants will be able to showcase their skills in front of their parents during the Friday Contest at the conclusion of camp.
Led by Maxcy Hicks. Maxcy has been skating his entire life and has competed in and won several skate competitions throughout his career. He was sponsored by Fuel Skate Team and has led multiple Skate Demos and has showcased his skills at various Skate Park Openings and Trade Shows as a Fuel Skate Team member. Maxcy also played an integral role in designing and developing Hilton Head's first skate park.

Learn the basics of playing the Goalkeeping position for next soccer season! Participants will learn all the basic skills of defending the goal, fielding a rolling ball, stopping a shot, how and what to communicate to teammates and proper punting and goal kick form.
The clinic will be led by Javier Garcia, who has a professional background in managing, officiating, and playing the Goalkeeper position.
Please bring/wear: cleated soccer shoes, shin guards, goalie gloves

The first camp of the Summer Soccer Mini Camp Series focuses on ball mastery, dribbling, and turning with the soccer ball. Participants will develop essential skills to control the ball and navigate the field with confidence. Over three action-packed half days, players will engage in fun drills and games designed to enhance their technique and game awareness.
The second Summer Soccer Camp in the Mini Camp series focuses on ball mastery, passing, and receiving, equipping participants with skills needed to effectively connect with other players on the field. Over three dynamic days, players engage in drills and activities designated to improve passing accuracy and receiving techniques, enhancing their overall gameplay. All player levels are welcome.
The third camp of the Summer Soccer Mini Camp Series focuses on first touch, shooting, and finishing, helping participants master the art of controlling the ball and converting chances into goals. Over three engaging days, players will participate in targeted drills and competitive exercises aimed at enhancing their shooting precision and finishing techniques. Join us for an exciting opportunity to sharpen your skills, boost your confidence in front of the net, and enjoy the thrill of scoring goals!
The fourth and final camp of the Summer Soccer Mini Camp Series focuses on first touch, shooting, and finishing, giving participants the tools they need to effectively control the ball and capitalize on scoring opportunities. Over three action-packed days, players will engage in specialized drills and competitive scenarios designed to refine their shooting accuracy and finishing prowess. All player skill levels are welcome!
The Summer Soccer Mini Camps will be led by Coach Lindsay Taylor. Coach Lindsay has over a decade of youth soccer coaching experience and currently heads up our Rec Plus Soccer program. She loves injecting energy and fun into all of her camp sessions.

Polish up your volleyball skills before the school year with all new Island Rec Volleyball Camp! All players will learn the basic skills of the sport and how to play. Rising 3rd - 5th graders sessions will be Monday and Tuesday July 14th and 15th. Rising 6th - 8th graders camp will be Wednesday and Thursday July 16th and 17th. All sessions will go from 9 - 11:30 am.
Led by Island Rec Athletic Superintendent Chuck Mullen, who coached volleyball at the college level for nearly 20 years along with help from local coaches with knowledge of the sport.

Ages 11-18 | $40/session
Learn the basics of rowing. The camp utilizes 1-4 person shells (boats) and will teach participants basic sculling (2 oars per rower) techniques. Each participant will gain the knowledge and skills necessary to row an individual rowing shell (single) on their own.
What to Wear: Please wear Close-toed shoes, and comfortable clothes for on-water activities and movement.

Sea Pines Beach Club

Join us for an exhilarating 3-day camp combining the thrill of surfing with the adventure of Hobie Cat sailing! Participants will receive expert instruction in both sports from our USCG-certified captains, US Sailing Instructors, AAST Surf Lifeguards, and ISA Surf Instructors, ensuring a safe and fun experience on the water. Each day is packed with hands-on activities, from mastering the waves to navigating the catamaran. This "One-of-a-Kind" camp promises unforgettable memories and new skills for water enthusiasts of all levels.
All surfboards, sailing equipment, and lifejackets will be provided. If participants have their lifejacket or surfboard, they are welcome to bring them.

This camp is for every level and our goal is to share our wealth of knowledge to improve the player’s overall game in a fun and safe environment. Former Duke men's basketball standout, assistant coach, and NBA Lottery pick, Will Avery. Avery, who starred at Duke from 1997 to 1999, spent four years assisting with various aspects of program before being hired as assistant coach the last 2 seasons. He left Duke after his sophomore year as the 14th overall pick by Minnesota in the 1999 NBA Draft. The second-team All-ACC pick and third-team Parade All-American in 1999, Avery led the Blue Devils to the national championship game after a 37-2 record that included both the ACC regular season and tournament championships. Will Avery, Augusta, Ga.-native, played 142 career NBA games for the Timberwolves and later played professionally overseas. Avery was one of a then-school record four first-round draft picks in 1999, joining No. 1 overall pick Elton Brand, No. 11 pick Trajan Langdon and No. 13 pick Corey Maggette. The record was later tied during the 2022 draft. Brand, Maggette and Avery were the first Mike Krzyzewski-coached players to leave Duke early for the NBA.

This is a FREE basketball referee clinic for ages 16 and older. This program is for people looking to get into basketball refereeing, would like to brush up on their mechanics, and referee live practice games. Participants will learn rules interpretation in a classroom setting, and have a chance to practice their court mechanics during live games.
Please bring/wear: Whistle and gym attire

Fitness Classroom 2 | $130
New students must pay for a uniform. Through this program, you will learn self-confidence, a mixture of cardiovascular endurance, strength training, and flexibility exercises. This will improve reflexes and coordination while increasing strength and stamina. Overall fitness will be achieved.
